Astro Films has 3 metallizers from Bobst (Germany) with a combined vacuum metallization capacity of 19,000 tons/annum. The three metallizers support the production lines of all three film categories: BOPP, CPP, and BOPET. Our metallization capabilities include Plasma treated metallization as well as AluBond metallization technology for enhanced metal adhesion and peel strength for various functional needs.
